Site Manager

Just commencing housing project requires site manager to take control and run it to awards!

Your new company
Hays Construction are working in partnership with a well established housing contractor who having recently commenced a large housing project on the Western Fringe of Edinburgh is seeking an experienced site manager to join their business. Our client are a medium size builder developer with a strong brand in the market.


Your new role
As Site Manager you will take on the challenge of driving this project forward. As a development of 100 units which has just started this offers an ambitious site manager the opportunity to take on this project and run it your way! You will be supported by an experienced management team and with a strong network of subcontractors. As site manager you will have overall responsibility for the delivery of this project according to our clients expectations. This will involve managing quality and ensuring the project is run in a safe manner. You will be the leader onsite ensuring subcontractors are onsite and delivering their contracted works.


What you'll need to succeed
Our client are looking for an experienced site manager who is looking to take on a large challenging housing projects ( just commenced) and make it their own. You will have demonstrated experience in delivering projects of this scale and come with positive references amongst your subby base and your past employers. Our client have a large pipeline of work across Central Belt in Scotland and can offer the successful candidate a long term future with their business.
