Your new role

You will be responsible for the management of day to day surveying duties such as but not limited to, producing monthly status reports, maintain accurate cost reporting, monitoring, forecasting. You will participate in identifying any areas of risk as well as areas of scope for development. You will identify and reimburse variations to the contracted scope of works. You will be able to produce accurate internal and external cash flows.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying and will have experience working in the residential sector. Experience working for a national house builder would be desirable but not essential. You will have the ability to form good working relationships and be professional as you will be working with staff at all levels and will be dealing with clients on a regular basis. You will have strong analytical and logical skills and have the ability to work accurately with figures.
