Your new role

As Estimator, your role will see you deliver tasks such as preparing and submitting competitive tenders in line with the companies' guidelines. You will obtain quotations from sub-contractors, track market prices of materials, equipment and construction costs and prepare take offs from tender. You will review tender documentation in order to prepare accurate cost estimations. You will attend meetings and tender interviews as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful for this role you will have experience as Estimator in a Civil Environment. You will be able to provide quotations and be confident in submitting tenders up to the value of £20 million. You will be familiar with "Causeway" Estimating software and be proficient in Microsoft packages. You will have the ability to work autonomously and to a high standard.
