Your new employer is an independent General Practice based in Birmingham looking for a Junior Surveyor. Their work focuses on RICS Home Buyer Reports for Private Clients. They are a growing company which are keen to help Junior employees grow and develop their career.

Your new role

As a Junior Surveyor you will be based out of Birmingham office. Your Role will focus on lease valuations, including help to buy and shared ownership, Party Wall and Building Surveying.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed my client is looking for an AssocRICS with a minimum of 6 months experience and a fantastic knowledge of Building Pathology. Graduates will also be considered. You have to be an ambitious and dedicated individual who wants to work on residential projects.
