Salary: £70,000*

London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) is seeking a Senior Development Manager to provide support to the Head of Development in managing the planning, delivery and implementation of major property development and regeneration projects, which meet the Legacy Corporation's business plan objectives and long-term regeneration vision.

You will manage and monitor the planning, feasibility, developer procurement, contractual negotiations, and delivery stages of key property development and regeneration projects owned by the LLDC. You will research, analyse and present property market data, undertaking financial viability and development appraisals, to support decision making and project delivery. You will directly negotiate commercial and property development contracts which meet the Corporation's needs and limit financial and reputational exposure. As well as take a lead role in procuring and managing consultants and other relevant advisors to support project delivery, ensuring compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures.

To be considered, ideally you will have a degree level qualification in a relevant discipline, e.g. Surveying, Estate Management, Project Management and ideally a professional membership of appropriate body, e.g. RICS, or equivalent by experience. You will have a demonstrable track record in managing multiple, complex property development, regeneration projects from inception to completion. As well as a track record in successfully negotiating development and disposal contracts with development partners / commercial organisations.
