An experienced Technical Director or Director level Structural Engineer is required to take the helm of a team of Structural Engineers within a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in London.
Aside from high level delivery the role will involve running the P&L; hiring and expanding the team; developing new business; maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships; liaising with other business sector leaders and teams within the organisation and generally raising the profile of the Structural Engineering offering across the market.
The culture is collegiate and supportive from the top down and the firm is of a size that you are not lost within the business. This is an important hire for them and would maybe suit someone looking to step up to Director to run their own team or an existing Director looking for a fresh challenge.
