They have an established head office of over 100, including development, sales, marketing, property management, project management and other property professionals, so you'll be mixing with hungry, ambitious individuals from all industries.

Your new role
As a Development Manager you will be responsible for the appraisal, planning, development and supervision of the construction of new sites across the North West. You'll work closely with the land team, sales team and project management team to ensure all projects are maximised on their buildability, profit and delivered on time & within budget.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in Development Surveying/Management, able to liaise with, and appoint, the necessary consultants, EAs and contractors. You must also have some degree of project management throughout your experience as you will be supervising during the build, securing procurement routes and handling the cost management.
