Freelance Contracts Manager New Build Housing in Nottingham ONGOING ROLE

Your new company
Our client is a large new build housing developer in Nottingham with a busy new period of work.
They have multiple small & medium new build housing sites in Nottingham and as such have a vacancy for a contracts manager to run these new projects.


Your new role
You will work as contracts manager, and manager 2 or 3 new sites.
You will manager the site managers, programming, health and safety and associated paperwork.
You will be client facing.
You will have cost planning experience


What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in new build housing.
Multi-site (contracts) management experience essential.
Experience of the local area (Nottingham)
Cost planning and programming experience


What you'll get in return
An immediate start (end of June)
A long term ongoing contract
Option to apply temp to perm
An excellent day rate
