This business has gone from strength to strength since it was founded over 30 years ago,and in this time has seen growth and demand increase seeing the company develop sub divisions, enabling them to increase their client base.

Your new role

You will be working within a well established Quantity Surveying department and will be comfortable and confident in being out on site as well as being able to liaise with clients and co-workers at all levels. You will report into the Senior Surveyors and will be able to assist them on site and in the office, you will be hold a driving licence as site visits will be an essential part to this role. You will be comfortable with measurements, bill of quantities and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with the Estimating department and will be able to read drawings.

What you'll need to succeed

To be a successful applicant, you will ideally have a degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant and will have had some exposure to the construction industry. You will be ambitious and will thrive when it comes to winning work. You could be newly graduated or an Assistant QS already.
