Your new company

A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy based in the Oxfordshire area are currently recruiting for a Senior Architect to join their growing team. They work on a range of projects nationwide which include Residential, Education, Healthcare and Commercial. They currently have around 120 members of staff across the company and are continuing to grow. Due to an increased workload and continued growth they now require a Senior Architect to join their team.

Your new role

Your new role will see you working on the design stages of large residential projects, these vary from private to public sector and also new build to refurbishments. The current architecture team is made up of Senior Architects, Architectural Technicians, Architectural Assistants and Junior Technicians.

What you'll need to succeed

You are required to have previous experience working on the design stages of large residential projects. It is essential you are proficient in AutoCAD or Revit and would be highly beneficial if you are proficient in both. Around 5 years post Part 3 experience is preferred. Experience of running a small team is also required.
