Site Manager (nights) required for Exeter project - NEED ASBESTOS MANAGEMENT TICKET
Your new company
Our client is a leading national construction business that deals across the commercial, educational and residential sectors. They have recently been awarded a number of key contracts in the Exeter area and have a requirement for an experienced site manager to supervise an educational refurbishment project out-of-hours.
Your new role
Working on an £8m + project, this 3 week role involves overseeing the initial strip-out, supervising and coordinating a range of specialist subcontractors, keeping the site diary up to date, preparing progress reports for the project manager and contracts manager and ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are adhered to, including risk assessments and method statements.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have both asbestos awareness and asbestos management certification, in addition to SMSTS, CSCS and 1st aid tickets, have an enthusiastic temperament and be able to think on your feet. Experience of major refurbishments is also a requirement.

You'll receive an excellent hourly rate which reflects the unsociable hours you will be required to work over the course of this 3 week contract.
