Architectural Technician

Senior Architectural Technician contract position, Leeds city centre, hourly rate negotiable.

Hays are delighted to be working with an established architectural practice based in Leeds city centre as they look to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist on contract due to a large portfolio of projects. Operating across a number of sectors, including residential, commercial, education and healthcare, and transport, our client have an established presence and continue to deliver highly innovative design solutions.

Your new role
You'll hold a degree or equivalent in an Architectural or Construction related subject, ideally with over 5 years' practical experience working as an Architectural Technologist / Technician within an architectural environment. You'll have a working knowledge of UK Building Regulations. You'll be fully proficient in Revit with a knowledge of BIM.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be proficient on Revit and experience working in multiple sectors would be advantageous.
