Part 2 Architect - Birmingham - up to £35,000 - Permanent

Your new company

As part of your new role as a part 2 architect you will be working for a well established architecture practice that's based in Birmingham. This practice commonly works on projects within the commercial, residential, retail, leisure and education and healthcare sectors. Their projects value ranges from £500,000 up to £40,000,000

Your new role

As a part 2 architect you will be responsible for discussing the requirements of the project with the client to have a clear understanding of the design and be enable to advice the budget of the project. Also as a part 2 architect you will be able to generate both 3D and 2D CAD model drawings that can be presented to the project manager.Finally as a part 2 architect you will be able to react quickly to design developments which may require you to make adjustments to your original drawing plans.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed as a part 2 architect you will have proven experience using both AutoCAD and Revit throughout previous projects, you also will have experience seeing a project throughout the whole RIBA process.Finally to succeed as a part 2 architect in this role you will have had project experience within multiple sectors to enable you to have the transferable skills to jump onto different projects.
