A niche opportunity to join a well established firm of chartered surveyors who have a growing commercial property management department. The role is based in the West End of London with asset under management primarily within central London.

A brand new permanent employment opportunity to join a well established West End firm of chartered surveyors, this niche SME is looking to strengthen their long standing commercial / residential property management department. The company take huge pride in the clients they proactively manage offering a range of management and professional services. The companies clients are largely made up of small property companies, HNWI, institutional investors and private investors.

Your new role

This is a perfect opportunity for an experience commercial property management surveyor who is looking to join an SME firm of chartered surveyors, the successful candidate will be offered full client exposure, opportunities to offer value added advice and transparent career progression. Key responsibilities will include; driving property & asset management incentives, formulating and managing service charges, budget management, rent collections, site inspections and regular client meetings & client reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

The preferred candidate will be MRICS qualified holding a proven track record providing central London commercial property management advice. You will have the ability to demonstrate competent levels of client management, service charge management, conduct regular site inspections and drive office fee income.
