This Property Development and Investment Company are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join their expanding team, you will take the lead in sourcing and acquiring income-producing assets and direct-development opportunities across this Development & Investment companies core regions. The existing portfolio comprises of Industrial, Office Space, and Retail & Leisure.

Your new role
You will have the ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner have a detailed understanding of JCT & NEC Contracts and Strong track record in project management of projects from inception to completion. My client is flexible on background so if you come from a Consultancy, Client or Contractor background this role is open to all! You will be able to provide the full range of project management duties. You must be driving to provide a high standard of work to your clients, and to build business by developing long term relationships. You must have a BSc in relevant field i.e. quantity surveying, building surveying, project management or similar technical disciplines, you will play a supporting role to the Directors.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be educated to degree level and ideally be professionally qualified in either RICS, CIOB, MAPM or other relevant technical discipline. You will have Commercial experience and a clear understanding of developers & project life cycle. Proven success in the management and delivery of mixed-use and complex property development projects in both the public and private environment.
