Your new role
Reporting to the Site Manager, your role will involve the successful delivery of a new build housing development of traditionally built homes in either the Exeter or Torbay areas. Duties will involve coordination and supervision of specialist tradespersons, calling off materials, issuing permits, taking responsibility for deliveries, customer liaison and all aspects of health and safety on those areas of the site under your control.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have several years' relevant experience working with housebuilders and be able to operate logically and efficiently in what can be a pressurised environment. You'll also need to be a skilled communicator, able to deal with customers, colleagues and trades alike. SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid are all requirements for this role.
