Your new company

You have the opportunity to work for a national house builder involved in multiple residential sites nationwide. You will be working out of their office based in Berkshire. The company has excellent NHBC and customer service ratings and pride themselves on delivering large scale developments without compromising on quality. Due to continued expansion and sites in the local area, my client are now seeking an experienced Site Manager, with NHBC award winning site experience, to join their established build team.

Your new role

In your role as Site Manager you will be managing both labour and materials. You be responsible for the day to day running of site and managing it to budget and a frame of works. Alongside this, you will be liaising with clients and maintaining the high standards set by this organisation. Other duties include, managing paperwork and reports and having responsibility as a line manager for an Assistant Site Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a Site Manager on NHBC award winning sites is essential for success within this role. You must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable managing a team. Furthermore, you must be comfortable handling paperwork and have a strong eye for detail. You must hold CSCS and SMSTS, alongside First Aid at work.
