Design Manager Job, County Derry - An Off-site construction firm with a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors. After a period of stability they are now experiencing growth in business and have a requirement for an additional Design Manager.


Your new role
Managing the workload and professional development of the Design Team, Supporting 10 - 12 designers, Allocating design resources effectively to ensure correct information is issued to factory, site and client in a timely manner. Managing flow of information into the Design Office, Ensuring all detailing and processes are consistent and compliant with all applicable standards and guidance



What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, will have 3 years' experience in a management role, Will be highly organised, with excellent communication and people skills, Will have strong commercial and contractual awareness
