An experienced M&E quantity surveyor you will work in collaboration with blue chip clients in the above sectors to establish their objectives and deliver the solutions necessary to achieve their commercial goals.

They are looking for an MEP surveyor who does more than just procurement; someone that can cost plan with limited information, develop specifications with both client and consultants alike, challenge and look for alternative systems and then procure these in or adjacent to the building package. Thereafter you should be confident to take the project through the post contract phase, utilising junior staff but not be averse to visiting sites and explaining systems to staff and reviewing with contractors, all of which including controlling and reporting the clients budget through to PC.

They are building and educating an MEP team that can fulfill this objective, including mentoring trainees to grow the business from the base. You will be an integral part of the team, you will be rewarded for your successes and given parameters to achieve promotion goals and targets so your progress is up to you.

Projects range from big, interesting and complex developments to simple small projects, across a variety of sectors.
