QS: Quantity Surveyor

Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor in London wanting to join a growing, well-established global Private Rented Sector (PRS) property developer looking to bring the Quantity Surveying function in-house?

This RICS qualified Quantity Surveyor role will be the first to join this successful property developer and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the whole of the in-house quantity surveyor function.

You will have autonomy to drive and establish new processes as well as being hands on to roll out best practice and teach this ambitious property developer new ways to manage and optimise their business.

As this PRS property developer grows, your role will drive more strategy and long term business development decisions as well as responsibilities as a manager to hire, develop and grow your own team of Quantity Surveyors.

To be considered for this rare Chartered Quantity Surveyor role, you will have worked at all levels in the construction industry, ideally within multiple unit residential property renovation and you will have a wealth of experience as a quantity surveyor managing JCT contracts as the contract administrator. This is an exciting role ideally suited for an MRICS professional with the desire to manage a team of quantity surveyors in a dynamic work environment.
