Your new company
This established multi-disciplinary consultancy are rapidly expanding their London office. With a total of over 50 in their workforce, the MEP team in London is at 4 and seeking a new electrical engineer to grow this team. This business works on a variety of projects within the pharmaceutical, education and residential sectors, producing high-quality designs.

Your new role
You will be responsible for leading projects on the electrical side, working alongside a senior mechanical engineer. You will attend client meetings while also producing technically strong design work. Within this role you will also be responsible for the development of the team, helping to train junior engineers and developing into management role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 6+ years working within a design role in an MEP consultancy, producing electrical building services designs. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience working on lab/pharmaceutical projects and will have had experience running their own projects. You will have an ambitious attitude to work and will have the desire to progress your career over the next few years.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid between £40-50k dependant on experience, alongside a generous package. You will have the opportunity to grow within a business while gaining valuable management experience. You will also have the opportunity to run this office after it has developed, giving you the freedom to develop this office and team totally independently.
