Senior Surveyor (Property Management) - South West

Senior Property Surveyor opportunity with South West based employer of choice

Your new company
As a Senior Estates Surveyor you will join an organisation who are responsible for a vast commercial property portfolio, consisting of a wide range of operational properties. Your new company are responsible for both the management and maintenance of properties based across the UK, with a pocket of integral properties based within the Somerset and Devon region.

Your new role
As a senior level property professional you will undertake a wide range of property management related responsibilities. Working closely with your public sector clients, you will undertake rent reviews, conduct lease renewals and assist with general property valuations. You'll also have an opportunity to become involved in specific strategic projects, which could involve development activity around estate rationalisation or utilisation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in General Practice Surveying and Estates Management, ideally working on the client-side. You'll need to have excellent communications skills, a keen eye for detail and a high level of commercial acumen.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a permanent contract with a salary of up to £47,000 alongside a generous wider employment package, including 27 days annual leave, a contributory pension scheme and a flexible approach to working.
