Site Manager Required


Recruiting on behalf of a national house builder looking to introduce new talent to the business. They are a reputable company looking to increase and go forward another stride in the market. Brilliant opportunities to progress and work on various sites throughout the business if proven. They now have the need for a new site manager to join the business on a permanent basis, looking to start on a new site within the Salisbury area.


You will be expected to run the site from day to day, liaising with the office team, running the sub contractors, reaching deadlines and targets, client liaison, health and safety high priority, security checks and signing in kept up to date, ensuring plots are built to spec/plan etc. This will be Monday to Friday 7.30am-6pm and may sometimes be needed to work more if required or behind schedule.


You must have SMSTS, CSCS and first aid qualifications as a start. You must have extensive knowledge with the residential sector, in particular new build houses on new developments. Client is looking for somebody with the right ambition and attitude to ensure reputation is at an all time high, with the desire to make the business better. Must have site manager experience in leading big projects and managing sub contractors in a fast paced environment.


Working for a great company circa £50000-£70000 annually depending on experience. Longevity of work, future progression, enhancing name and reputation, and given a clear direction of expectancy.
