Property Management Consultant

A unique opportunity to join a fast growing start up commercial property & asset management consultancy who are currently based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to pick up work with an exciting client, operating a disruptive model of delivery. This exciting new commercial property asset management partnership is looking to modernise the world of commercial property & asset management and drive innovative forward-thinking practice into the industry. This real estate consultancy has been backed financially to deliver tailored client solutions across the UK, the business has already successfully secured a number of key central London accounts with many new contracts in contention.

Your new role
You will be responsible for advising clients on their property and asset management strategies, whilst taking on ad hoc mentoring responsibilities with one other Property Manager. This role is freelance and would be between 1 - 3 days a week, depending on workload and availability.

What you'll need to succeed
This role suits a surveyor who is already working on a freelance basis and has additional days to fill or the capacity to pick up extra work. This is not a temp role, as my client is looking to engage someone on a long term basis and wants to build a lasting relationship with the freelancer. While not a requirement of the role, preference will be given to candidates with MRICS status. Finally, the ideal candidate will be based in London, with good knowledge of the London commercial property market.
