Manages over 5,000 building across their UK portfolio. They are rapidly expanding their presence within their North West portfolio. Responsible for buying, selling and looking after the buildings and properties.

Your new role
Within his new role, my client is looking for an experienced Estates Manger to develop and secure sure the right value output from their trading and non-trading sites within the North West. You will have diverse and strong commercial awareness with responsibility for all estate management matters. Having a good eye for detail is required because it will be up to you to minimise all liabilities and maximise revenue and capital value.

What you'll need to succeed
- Commercial estates management experience
- Private sector exposure wanted, however will consider Public sector
- MRICS status or above
- Building surveying degree or property related degree
