Assistant Building Surveying opportunity in Essex

Excellent opportunity to join an established multi-disciplinary practice in West Essex who work predominantly with commercial and industrial property. You will be joining an experienced and welcoming Building Surveying team with excellent room for progression.

Your new role
As the Building Surveyor you will have a broad range of duties including project management, schedules of condition, pre-acquisition surveys, Party Wall matters, dilapidations and contract administration. You will work with a range of properties within the commercial and industrial market.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to have a minimum of an RICS accredited degree and either working towards your APC or willing to start. You will need access to a vehicle for work purposes.
