Our Client is a property development consultancy with an established client base. Their team has a wide range of expertise and their clients benefit from their knowledge covering the full development life cycle.
Due to ongoing expansion our client is seeking a Project Director to join their team. This individual will be the project lead on a Grade A commercial office relocation and refurbishment. Ideally, they are looking to hire someone that has a demonstrable track record in the commercial occupier sector.
This is an immediate requirement and an excellent opportunity to work very closely with the end user and gain excellent exposure.
