Your new role
You will be working with a team of architecturally trained staff working closely with a team of engineers. Great office environment and a passion for helping develop experience from within. You will be working as a residential layout designer.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of designing residential layouts, confident with hand sketching, land appraisals and design and access statements. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience of working on residential projects irrelevant of project size.
