Architectural Assistant Part II or III
Your new company
My client is a well-established multi- disciplinary company. With 3 offices throughout the UK and around 100 staff members, this company is always expanding and taking on new projects. They mainly work on Residential and Education projects but do also cover all sectors. They are looking for an Assistant Architect that is qualified to RIBA Part II or higher, to assist the Associate Architect on the design services and liaising with clients.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing design and technical work for the projects. You will have full responsibility over the design work for minor projects and partial responsibility on major projects. You will also be communicating with the client to ensure the design process is followed through correctly and thoroughly.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified Part II or III Architect with proven experience in both technical and design work. It is essential that you have experience working on social housing and education projects. You will need to be able to use Revit strongly and have good knowledge on other computer programmes such as AutoCAD and Sketchup.
