Senior M&E Project Manager

Medium size M&E contractor looking for a senior M&E Project Manager to help with project delivery.

Your new company
This is a specialist M&E contractor working on quite a few retail banking frameworks, delivering data centres, branches and offices. As they work on frameworks and a lot of their work is coming from repeat business their work is stable and allowing them to grow their team steadily.
Alongside retail banking projects they also work on leisure, industrial, retail and healthcare sectors.

Your new role
Working alongside a team of project managers, engineers and estimators delivering a range of projects. The key aspect of your role will be to liaise with your team members and the end user client to make sure the project is delivered on time and within the right quality.
You will also be involved in making sure that what is being delivered on site, relates to what has been designed.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a HND/HNC in Building Services or equivalent with previous experience working within the building services industry. As you will be liaising with colleagues and client you will need to have great communication skills and have previous experience managing people.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on your experience. You will be working on a variety of projects alongside a fantastic team. The office is easily accessible either via public transport or there is parking space available. Benefits include, competitive annual leave, flexible working arrangement and pension contribution.
