This company have the unique position of being able to give something back to the local community. They work closely with local authorities and housing associations to provide appropriate living arrangements for a wide range of end users. This company has a family run feel and is entering an exciting period of growth with projects in the East Midlands and wider locations across the UK. My client is now seeking a Graduate or Junior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis in their Nottinghamshire offices.


Your new role
You will be working alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor who covers both the Estimating and Quantity Surveying duties including; pricing, take off's, dealing with enquiries, producing bills of quantities, cost reporting, CVR's, liaising with subcontractors to engage supply chain and deal with issuing payments and queries. In time you will be responsible for running your own projects ranging in size and value.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will either be a recent graduate or have 1 years post graduate experience in the construction sector after completing a Quantity Surveying related degree. You will have a proactive and positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
