Director - Open New Office - Manchester

Opening a New Office for a company always sounds far more fun on paper than the reality.

You'd be the main "New Business Winner" in a brand spanking new office, fee income in the back of your mind all the time, your own P&L to run with all that it entails.

You'd have to go out of your way to reacquaint yourself with old contacts, make some new ones along the way, and ingratiate yourself with any existing ones too. It's pressure. There's no denying that, and it's not for everyone. But you likely already knew that.

If you're reading this far, then it's also likely that the reality hasn't put you off.

What you might not know is what's in it for you? Why put yourself through that?

You wouldn't be alone. You'd have the full support of a well-established QS/PM firm. You'd be given a Director title and free rein (to a degree) to grow the business in the way you want to. You'd be well paid (of course) and ultimately be Master of Your Own Destiny.

You might be an existing Director at a consultancy with too much red-tape, maybe considering going it alone but don't want the risk asociated with it. You do need to be from a QS/PM background with good network connections across the North West and want to make a name for yourself.
