Job Details
I am working closely with a highly prestigious Scottish estate in a stunning, central belt location. They are actively seeking an in-house property/portfolio manager to look after all aspects of their significant commercial, rural, and residential portfolio. This will include lettings, optimising revenue, delivering a planned maintenance program, implementation of key lease events, and building strong relationships with tenants.
