Valuations Professional - Birmingham - AD

A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Valuation professional to join a forward thinking team and progress within a company who has great market share and is doing extremely well.

This role would suit a Senior Surveyor who is looking for the next step up in their career and doesn't feel valued in their current company, an Associate Director who is ready for the move up to Director level and wants to gain leadership responsibilities or a Director level professional who fancies a change of scenery to spice things up again.

Main tasks:

To process Valuation instructions within the region.

To operate with a degree of flexibility and independence within this area, whilst also enjoying the support of the rest of the team.

To seek to take instructions forward as the direct client contact.

To provide professional, high quality reports to the client.

To develop new business through use of both new and existing contacts.

To seek to develop a range of clients and personal contacts.

To manage relationships with clients and others in the local property market.

To continually strive to improve working practices and client service delivery for the whole team.

Any other duties commensurate with this level of post.

Package is negotiable but will be dependent based on experience, salary and package aren't an issue for the right person.
