Immediate role as Architectural Technician working on Residential projects alongside developers in Stevenage.

A job as an Architectural Technician / Technologist joining an established architectural practice in Stevenage.
You will be joining an experienced core team of 7 employees within a modern office space.

Your new role

As an Architectural Technician / Technologist you will be working on 90% residential projects, Ranging from large scale developments to one off houses. It is therefore essential that as Project Architect you will have a strong background of working in the residential sector.
Ideally you will live locally to Stevenage or be willing to commute.

What you'll need to succeed

Leading role on running residential projects
Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations, materials and construction techniques.
Experience in managing and producing working drawings for small to large scale developments
Good client and contractor interface skills
Good written and communication skills
