Planned/Reactive Repairs Surveyor - Manchester - £18 per hour - Immediate


Your new role
Is a planned/reactive repairs surveyor job, 3 month contract + permanent role following, Manchester location, £18 per hour and with an immediate start.

Is a brilliant opportunity for a repairs surveyor who has experience in planned & reactive maintenance surveying. You will receive instructions from the contact centre regarding a repair, undertake pre & post inspections, working along side schedule of rates, place specifications together and instruct the contracts to carry out repairs.

Interaction with customers is key and you will have excellent customer service skills. Post inspections will be a key part of this role, as you will need to double check works are carried out correctly and to a suitable standard.

What you'll need to succeed
Sound customer facing skills, able to provided feedback, experience within building surveying in a public sector organisation or Housing Association, experience with working to schedule of rates and have a clean UK driving licence with car.
