Your new company
As a Senior Surveyor you will be joining an experienced surveying team based in the heart of Devon, an area of natural beauty where people come to work, live and relax! Your new role
As a Surveying Team Leader you will take a lead in the day to day management of a surveying team who are responsible for managing day to day building defects and repairs. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and that buildings are compliant with relevant legislation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this varied and busy role, you will need to have an HNC or equivalent in a building related subject, you'll also have experience with procurement processes, managing contracts and producing specifications.
