Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager to join a Mechanical design & build contractor based in Birmingham.

This company has over 20 years of experience with providing Mechanical services throughout the UK and are continually growing organically. They pride themselves on offering their employees the ability to grow and develop, leading to a stable and secure working environment. They offer their clients a full design and build service.

Your new role
You will be managing the design & build processes, working closely with the client and other parties included. Projects would range between £100k - £2 million in value. Projects you will be working on will be CAT A & CAT B office fit outs along with other commercial projects; such as, car showrooms, and new build hotels. Projects are all based on the UK mainland, with majority of the work being in the Midlands and London.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have design and build experience, however this isn't essential
Experience with working in the commercial sector
Experience leading weekly and monthly client progress meetings
Having previous Contractor experience is desirable but not essential

What you'll get in return
£45,000 - £50,000
