Head of Facilities Management

Your new company
Excellent opportunity to join a global Facilities Management organisation who are working on behalf of a public sector organisation in Essex, managing their property portfolio. You will be based within the client offices and be responsible for managing the Facilities Management department.

Your new role
As the Head of Facilities Management you will work with the operational teams to develop a robust delivery model and ensure delivery of the account service delivery plan. You will be responsible for leading all hard and soft services issues in line with the contract and client's expectations.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need good practical knowledge of the FM industry within the public sector. Team management experience is essential, especially leading teams through change. You will need to be a self-starter and able to build relationships with key clients at all levels.
