Job Title: Property/ Block Manager Salary: up to £32,000 DOE Location: South Yorkshire


Your new role
My Privately owned Property Management Client are currently seeking a Property Manager to join their expanding elite team due to business growth. You will primarily be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day property/block management and promotion of their large property portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
My client is seeking a AIRPM or MIRPM Qualified Property Manager with experience of managing Residential Blocks of flats, you will be looking after a portfolio of Approx. 30 properties with Approx. 800 units across the West & South Yorkshire region covering some of Nottingham Also. If you have previous experience of working for a firm of managing agents 2-3 years ideally with good communication and the ability to communicate effectively with Lease holders. Your day to day duties will include but not limited to site visits, overseeing service charge budgets, Section 230 consultation work, resident meetings & Client Liaison.
