Your new company

A Northampton based house builder are looking to expand their small Architectural team. They are looking to recruit a self-motivated experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist. This practice has a strong reputation for the consistent ability to design and deliver larger scale housing development planning consents, linked with a growing house builder client base. Your new role

You will be working on residential projects and will be responsible for producing the working drawings, layout drawings and house designing. You will report directly to the director and will need to have experience within the Residential sector.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have recent experience within the residential sector. AutoCAD experience. You will be a confident Architectural Technician / Technologist who is able to work on their own initiative and must have a full UK license.
