Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional to come in and manage a business park based in York. The business park has a large number of tenants and has a mix of office and industrial clients.
There is a good range of work and would suit a chartered surveyor in order to complete the role to the full however being RICS isn't essential.
The role entails day to day management of the centre, management of a small team, preparation and management of budgets and financial reports and coordinating the preparation of rent reviews, lease renewals and new leases. The company are also looking for someone who has the ability to identify and bring forward ideas to the board on how to develop and improve the centre further.
Salary circa £40-50,000 + Bonus and Pension depending on experience.
