Hays are working in partnership with a well-established local construction consultancy offering Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying expertise to a range of public and private clients across the housing, education and healthcare sectors in Northern Ireland.

Your new role
This position encompasses all of the technical aspects of a Graduate Quantity Surveying role as well as developing and maintaining the relationships between new and existing clients. Reporting to the Quantity Surveying Director, you will work on a mix of projects across the public and private sectors to build on your skills and work towards MRICS status.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this Graduate position you must be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with 1 year's industrial placement experience. You should be a well presented "client facing" individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be organised, eager to learn and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a busy, multidisciplinary team.
