Upgrading and replacing major heating and hot water infrastructure across a site valued £10m
You will be operating from inside the prison organising and monitoring works in liaison with the PM
Reporting into project manager

What you'll need to succeed
Works are primarily mechanical around water and heating so candidates with a services background would be ideal
A clean criminal history to go through a full prison clearance
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS all required

What you'll get in return
Phase 1 is a 12 month contract and phase 2 will extend to 18 months where you will be required
