Consultancy in Hampshire seek Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer


My client is a leading professional practice of Chartered Building Services Design Engineers. They provide providing engineering services to Clients in and around the south coast and the Channel Islands.

They concentrate on building strong Client relationships through timely delivery, quality, innovation and team working, thus providing the best possible Customer experience.

Involved heavily in a number of Framework agreements, the majority of their work comes from the Healthcare sector (Maternity Wards, Medical Schools, Psychiatric Wards, Medical Centres and Nursing Homes), Residential (Housing Association, high end residential) and Education (Preparatory, Arts Centres, Research Institutes and Universities).

You MUST have a proven track record of project delivery, working from project brief through to handover within a UK M&E Consultancy. You will be conversant with current standards and practices and have knowledge of the design of low energy buildings.

You must possess the following:

• Competent in specification design/drawing for several building types
• Sound knowledge of key Health & Safety issues and legislation
• Good understanding of UK standard/codes/regulations
• Ability to work to deadlines, establish delivery milestones and allocate work accordingly
