Job Details
A leading charity is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their East Midlands team. In a very client-facing role, you will have a mixed portfolio of properties to look after and maintain so that no two days will be the same.

You need to have experience in maintenance inspections, defect diagnosis and repair plans in occupied buildings and possess excellent communication skills.
For more information, send your CV through to Ed Collins or call 0161 607 5084 for a confidential discussion.
