Your new company
Is a well established project management company. Instead of having separate companies dealing with different elements of the projects, this client deals with all areas. These areas range form Quantity Surveying, Design, Architecture and Building Surveying. Having many clients in the public and private sectors, their work load is huge at the moment and are looking to double in size by the year end.

Your new role
Will be undertaking stock condition surveys for various public & private sector organisations looking at Fire Risk Assessments across the North West area. Surveying large offices, centres and small areas of residential properties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a positive can do attitude, experience working a s a stock condition surveyor, working in either public or private sectors, flexible with hours and good knowledge of geographical areas in the North West.

What you'll get in return
Good contract length for 3+ months, 0.45p per mile, large induction day to have training on systems and work, all bookings a pre-made so you just have to turn up
