Your new company
A small Nottinghamshire house builder is recruiting on a 40 unit site in Nottinghamshire.
They are a small business with only 2 live sites, therefore have a strong support network on this flagship site.


Your new role
You will work as the site manager, reporting to the contracts manager.
Most of the plots are well advanced, therefore most of the work will involved systematic checks to ensure properties are ready for 1st and 2nd fix.


What you'll need to succeed
SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS
House building background.
