Highly successful organisation based in Waterbeach recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor paying £30k

Your new role
Working within the commercial function of the business you will be responsible for maximising the profitability of projects. As the business works across many sectors there will be the opportunity to work on a vast range of projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a qualification in Quantity Surveying A keen eye for numbers and finances, and contractual issues that may arise.
Ability to manage and prioritise workload, maintaining awareness of demands of different projects.
Willingness to undertake other ad-hoc administrative duties that will come hand in hand with the role.
Ability to negotiate and liaise across colleagues and senior management.
