Site Manager

Permanent Site Manager job based in Salford paying £40,000pa plus car allowance


I am looking to recruit for two permanent site management roles based in Manchester, and both schemes are for Housing Associations. The business is a reputable Home Builder, who are a family run business who have enjoyed growth since they have been established. This company currently employ around 25 permanent staff and are building around 700 units this year.

The roles are Site Management positions, so you will be required to have around 4 years of experience working as a Site Manager within Residential projects. Both schemes are for housing associations, one of which is timber frame housing and the other is masonry apartments, so experience within these would be desirable. You ideally must have a formal qualification, ideally a HNC or a degree.

The client is looking to pay around £40,000pa + £3k car allowance and other benefits. This company offer fantastic career progression and are looking to ideally build a team around the successful candidate to help drive the business forward and deliver schemes successfully.
